Main Reminder

Before any main recording, lock the run-of-show, storyboard, and WebEx demo map first. Use a clean test meeting with dummy participants, confirm Host/Cohost and Backup TSV PC takeover, hide personal information, and make sure every screen recording is readable with visible cursor, zoomed menus, and clear audio.
