Lower thirdA small graphic banner placed near the bottom third of the video screen. It shows a speaker’s name, role/title, topic label, or feature label.
LabelsShort text overlays that identify the WebEx screen or feature being shown, such as Audio Settings, Video Settings, Layout Options, or Breakout Sessions.
CalloutsSimple arrows, boxes, circles, or short notes that point to what to click or check on the screen.
Run-of-showThe production order or timeline that shows what happens from the beginning to the end of the video.
StoryboardA visual plan that shows what the viewer sees in each section of the video. For this WebEx project, it can be a simple table instead of drawings.
ScriptWhat the host and interviewee say.
Shot listThe specific video clips or screen recordings that need to be captured.
Demo mapThe list of WebEx screens or features that need to be shown.
Simple production ruleKeep it clear: use screen recordings, simple title cards, readable text, basic lower thirds, and simple arrows or boxes only when needed.
