| July 9 | Pre-production lock freeze for major style/format decisions. No new format, new visual style, major script rewrite, or added scenes unless approved as necessary. |
| July 10 | Voiceover/talent parts and any needed reference video recorded. |
| July 10–19 | Main animation scenes built, early editing started, and production-ready diagrams/graphics assembled. |
| July 20–26 | "Anniversary Thanksgiving". Break week, minimal work if any - a little file organization, audio cleanup, brief review of missing visuals or light editing only. |
| August 2 | Full rough cut completed. Rough cut freeze - after this point no more rebuilding the video from scratch. |
| August 3–7 | Polished edit: captions, callouts, diagrams, transitions, audio cleanup, and final visual polish. |
| August 8–10 | Internal team review for audio accuracy, animation clarity, timing, readability, and final fix list. |
| August 11–13 | Final fixes only. Production freeze — no new creative ideas, major length changes, or new technical sections. |
| August 14 | Final export and backup copy. |
| August 15–16 | Final District TSV / District Office review. |
| August 17 | Final submission due. |
